Wig Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on unused wigs that are in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The wig must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose either:

• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• Store credit.

Used, worn, customized, or damaged wigs are not eligible for return or refund. Any wig returned that does not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
